We study a parameter identification problem associated with a two-dimensional mechanical problem. In the first part, the experimental technique of determining the displacement field is briefly presented. The variational method proposed herein is based on the minimization of either a separately convex functional or a convex functional that leads to the reconstruction of the elastic tensor and the stress field. These two reconstructed fields are continuous and piecewise linear on a triangulation of the two-dimensional domain. Some numerical and experimental examples are presented to test the performance of the algorithms.  相似文献

为了有效地消除重力异常畸变对重力仪测量数据的影响,得到更高精度的重力异常测量值,在分析小波多尺度分析原理的基础上,首次将其应用到重力仪数据处理中,并与自适应卡尔曼滤波进行了对比分析,以实际数据与处理后数据偏差平方和的平均数作为衡量两种数据处理方法性能的指标。理论分析和仿真实验表明:小波多尺度分析和自适应卡尔曼滤波都能在一定程度上抑制重力异常畸变对重力仪测量数据的影响,但小波多尺度分析的性能优于自适应卡尔曼滤波。  相似文献

An experimental investigation on flow around an oscillating bubble and solid ellipsoid with a flat bottom was conducted. A single air bubble (equivalent diameter De=9.12 mm) was attached to a small disk (1 mm) at the end of a needle and suspended across a vertical square channel (100 mm) by wire wherein water flowed downward at a constant flowrate. The solid ellipsoid (De9.1 mm) was suspended across the square channel in the same manner. The equivalent diameter-based Reynolds and Eotvos number range, 1950<Re<2250 and 11<Eo<11.5, placed the bubble in the ‘wobbly’ regime while the flow in its wake was turbulent. A constant flowrate and one bubble size was used such that flow in the wake was turbulent. Velocity measurements of the flow field around the bubble or solid were made using a one CCD camera Digital Particle Image Velocimetry (DPIV) system enhanced by Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF). The shape of the bubble or solid was simultaneously recorded along with the velocity using a second CCD camera and an Infrared Shadow Technique (IST). In this way both the flow-field and the boundary of the bubble (solid) were measured. The velocity vector plots of flow around and in the wake of a bubble/solid, supplemented by profiles and contours of the average and root-mean-square velocities, vorticity, Reynolds stress and turbulent kinetic energy, revealed differences in the wake flow structure behind a bubble and solid. One of the significant differences was in the inherent, oscillatory motion of the bubble which not only produced vorticity in the near-wake, but as a result of apparent vorticity stretching distributed the turbulent kinetic energy associated with this flow more uniformly on its wake, in contrast to the solid.  相似文献

This article reports on experimental aerodynamic investigations on a generic high-speed train configuration performed within two different wind tunnels. Both wind tunnels are specialized facilities for high Reynolds number investigations and offer low turbulence levels. The wind tunnels are the cryogenic wind tunnel located in Cologne (KKK) and in the high-pressure wind tunnel located in Göttingen (HDG). Both facilities are part of the German–Dutch wind tunnel association (DNW). The adaptation and application of three optical measurement techniques for such high Reynolds number investigations is described in the article. The optical methods are: Particle Image Velocimetry for the measurement of velocity fields, Background Oriented Schlieren technique for density gradient measurements, and a white light Digital Speckle Photography technique for model deformation monitoring.  相似文献

光全反射法是测量真实接触面积的常用手段,然而用其测得的接触图像小,接触斑点的边界模糊。作者应用波动光学的有关理论对光全反射法的基本原理进行了深入的研究,进而提出用图像处理技术识别接触区域的边界。通过钢球与平面接触的试验研究,验证了这种测量方法的准确性和可靠性,并且根据试验结果分析了赫兹接触理论的局限性。文章最后还阐述了对典型工程表面接触面积的测量与结果。  相似文献

The chemical constituents of Simiao Wan (SW), a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, are difficult to determine and remain unclear. To more efficiently detect ions, a multiple data processing approach has been used in the characterization of the compounds. In this study, a rapid and sensitive method based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry and the multiple data processing approach was established to characterize the chemical constituents of SW. Ultra high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry coupled with the multiple data processing approach could efficiently remove nonrelated ion signals from accurate mass data. We report the application of the multiple data processing approach for comprehensive detection and rapid identification of chemical constituents of SW. Of note, the total analysis time for separation was less than 20 min without losing any resolution. In the variable, importance in projection plot of orthogonal projection to latent structure‐discriminant analysis, a total of 72 ions of interest (37 ions in positive mode, 38 ions in negative mode and three ions in both mode) were extracted or tentatively characterized based on their retention times, exact mass measurement for each molecular ion and subsequent fragment ions. In summary, the methodology proposed in this study could be valuable for the structural characterization and identification of the multiple constituents in the traditional Chinese medicine formula SW.  相似文献

The present investigation aims at testing polymeric foam under impact loading using large diameter nylon Hopkinson bars and optical field measurements. Accurate average stress-strain relations can be obtained when soft large diameter polymeric pressure bars and the appropriate data processing are used. However, as there are generally no homogeneous strain and stress fields for polymeric foams, an optical field observation is needed. In contrast to quasi-static tests where the digital image correlation (DIC) measurement is commonly used, technical difficulties still remain for the reliable use of DIC under impact conditions. In this paper, an accurate synchronization method based on the displacement measurement of the end of pressure bars (calculated by a robust DIC algorithm) is preferred to conventional MCDL box time synchronization. Also, the bar end displacement measurement offers a complementary calibration method for the tension/strain conversion coefficient. Strain fields are obtained for tests on foam sample at impact velocities up to 20 m/s. The localized strain fields permit better understanding of the observed stress plateau from SHPB results. The relevance of the present method for establishing mechanical response of polymeric foam is then demonstrated.  相似文献

Digital light processing (DLP) bioprinting can be used to fabricate volumetric scaffolds with intricate internal structures, such as perfusable vascular channels. The successful implementation of DLP bioprinting in tissue fabrication requires using suitable photo-reactive bioinks. Norbornene-based bioinks have emerged as an attractive alternative to (meth)acrylated macromers in 3D bioprinting owing to their mild and rapid reaction kinetics, high cytocompatibility for in situ cell encapsulation, and adaptability for post-printing modification or conjugation of bioactive motifs. In this contribution, the development of gelatin-norbornene (GelNB) is reported as a photo-cross-linkable bioink for DLP 3D bioprinting. Low concentrations of GelNB (2–5 wt.%) and poly(ethylene glycol)-tetra-thiol (PEG4SH) are DLP-printed with a wide range of stiffness (G' ≈120 to 4000 Pa) and with perfusable channels. DLP-printed GelNB hydrogels are highly cytocompatible, as demonstrated by the high viability of the encapsulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The encapsulated HUVECs formed an interconnected microvascular network with lumen structures. Notably, the GelNB bioink permitted both in situ tethering and secondary conjugation of QK peptide, a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-mimetic peptide. Incorporation of QK peptide significantly improved endothelialization and vasculogenesis of the DLP-printed GelNB hydrogels, reinforcing the applicability of this bioink system in diverse biofabrication applications.  相似文献
